10% Trebbiano di Soave

Selected vineyards located in the hilly area east of Verona with basaltic volcanic soil.

Selection of the grapes in the vineyard and drying in lofts until January-February.
Soft pressing, light skin-maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature initially in steel and finishing in small oak barrels.
Aging continues in wood for about 12 months on its lees with periodic “batonage” operations.

Golden yellow colour, complex aroma of honey, vanilla and dried fruits, soft and pleasantly sweet flavour with traditional almond notes and a balanced tanginess.

Ideal at the end of the meal with aged cheeses, rich pastries, or simply enjoyed on its own.
