5% Croatina

Vineyards located on the sunny promontories north-east of Verona.

The grapes are softly pressed; the grapes undergo maceration at controlled temperature for 8-10 days. The wine ages for 6-8 months both in large oak barrels and in concrete or stainless-steel tanks.

The colour is ruby red tending towards garnet with ageing. A delicate and vinous bouquet with slight hints of bitter almonds. At the palate a full and velvety flavour.

Typical wine for the whole meal, excellent with soups, pastas, risottos and recipes based on red meat and medium aged cheeses.
